Our Review Process

1

Script-to-Guideline Mapping

We don't guess the science. Whether it’s a VenaSeal procedure for varicose veins or a robotic joint replacement, our scripts are drafted based on established clinical guidelines. We ensure the terminology used by the AI characters is accurate to the specialty, avoiding the "medical jargon" that confuses patients while maintaining the "medical truth" that satisfies doctors.

2

The Physician-Led Review

The most important step in our process is your input. Before the final rendering, you receive a draft of the script and the scenario. This allows you to verify that the patient’s journey—from symptoms to recovery—accurately reflects how your practice operates. We believe the best AI is the one guided by an expert RMP (Registered Medical Practitioner).

3

The Consistency

Our Cinematic AI is trained to recognize the difference between various medical environments. If a scenario involves a consultation, the setting looks like a consultation. If it involves a post-op recovery, the cues are clinically appropriate. This attention to detail ensures your practice maintains its professional authority.

The MedReel Disclaimer

To maintain the highest standards of transparency and to protect both the practice and the patient, all MedReel.ai productions operate under the following regulatory framework:

1. Zero Patient Data Policy

No real patient data is ever used in our production process. MedReel.ai does not process Protected Health Information (PHI). Every character you see on screen is 100% AI-generated—a unique digital synthesis that does not exist in the real world. By using “Composite Archetypes” (fictional characters based on common patient patterns) rather than real individuals, we eliminate the need for patient consent forms and the risk of HIPAA or MCI privacy violations.

2. Regulatory Responsibility

While MedReel.ai designs every video with MCI, ASCI, and HIPAA guidelines in mind, the final responsibility for regulatory approval lies with the client.

  • Awareness vs. Advertising: Our videos are structured as “Patient Education” and “Disease Awareness” tools.
  • Local Variations: Because medical council rules can vary by region and specialty, we provide the content, but the Final Regulatory Approval remains the responsibility of the client. We encourage all practitioners to ensure their final video aligns with their specific local medical board’s digital communication norms.
